Ash, linkage debugging: close all inspection doors and manhole doors, start the system fan ; adjust the load of each filter unit to make it reach the basic balance. Use the pitot tube and U -shaped pressure gauge to measure the dynamic pressure value at each inlet branch pipe, and adjust the butterfly valve on the inlet branch pipe. The filtered air volume of each unit is basically equal. After adjusting, mark the butterfly valve with red paint and lock. Tight handle.

Real-load operation: The process equipment is officially operated, the dust collector is officially operated to filter and dust, and the PLC program controller is officially put into operation. The operating components and valves are inspected at any time, and the operating parameters are recorded. For example, according to the timing control, the dust collector should be installed. When the resistance reaches the specified resistance value ( such as 1500 ~ 1700) , manually turn on the PLC program controller to clean the filter bag, stop after the room is cleaned, and then the statistical resistance will reach the specified value again, then manually turn on the PLC program control. The instrument is used to clean the filter bag, and the cycle is repeated several times. After the smooth interval between the secondary cleaning cycles is obtained, the time data can be used as the base of the “timing” control of the program controller, and the program controller is input, and then the program is controlled. The instrument can be officially operated by automatic “timing control”.
